Class Registration
- Select Classes -The sidebar to the left, allows viewing a class by class #, teacher, date or class category. When the class appears, click on the class title for full class information and add to the shopping cart.
- Review your class selections - Clicking on Shopping Cart in the tool bar at the top of the page to review all selected classes. To change a class, click remove before purchase. Adding more classes can be done at this time or at a later date. ***
- Update Cart
- Donate to the HMQS 2012 Charity if desired
- Proceed to the Check Out -Master Card and Visa are accepted.
- *** No class selection is reserved or valid until purchase payment is completed.
- When you are finished, logout and your shopping cart will be emptied.

Quilt Entry Form:
HMQS 2012 is NOT a juried quilt competition. For complete entry rules/guidelines, go to the HMQS 2012 Class Catalog. Quilt entry must be submitted online no later than April 13, 2012. Quilts must be received by April 27, 2012.

- Fill out the form and click Send
- Proceed to make payment with credit card
- A confirmation/receipt will be emailed to you including further necessary entry instructions.
